This made her an the only American gymnast in the Olympics with the highest number of medals. She took gold in the team event in the 2016 Olympics, which also made her and Gabby Douglas first Americans to win back-to-back golds. Her silver medals came in the floor individual and all-around event. She took a break of three years between the two Olympics from competing gymnastics. Additionally, she was part of two gold medal winning world championship teams. Aly began gymnastics lessons when she was just two years old and is a fan of exercises on the floor. Aly supports the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization to commemorate her grandmother who passed away from cancer. Aly plans on pursuing an occupation in fashion and hopes to broaden her signature line of leotards as well as socks in the future. Fierce will be out at the end of summer.
